60 Capsules
Adults: 1-2 capsules in the morning and/or at night.
Children: 7-12 years: 1-2 capsules per day. Preferably 1 capsule in the morning, and 1 capsule half an hour before bedtime.

Adults:
1 capsule per day, in the morning.
Children:
8 years: 1 capsule per day, in the morning.

Syrup 200 ml
Adults:
5-10 ml twice a day, depending on your daily needs.
Children:
2-8 years: 2.5-5 ml twice daily.
9-12 years: 5 ml twice daily.
Optimal Dosage
Adults: 1 Forte capsule plus 1 Advance capsule in the morning. Dosage can be increased to up to twice per day, if needed.
Or: 1 Forte capsule plus 10 ml Advance Syrup in the morning. Dosage can be increased to up to twice per day, if needed.
Children: 5-10 ml Advance Syrup plus 1 Forte capsule, up to twice per day.
Additional Doses
For emotional meltdowns, anxiety or panic attacks (when attacks happen):
Adults: 10-20 ml Advance Syrup with a glass of cold water. Maximum dose is 30 ml Advance Syrup per day.
Children: 10-20 ml Advance Syrup with a glass of cold water. Maximum dose is 20 ml Advance Syrup per day.
