The company offers a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and will replace defective, or product packaging damaged items, based on the company RETURNS and EXCHANGE Conditions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, because of a product defect or damaged packaging, we will replace the damaged products with another product within our RETURNS and EXCHANGE Conditions. Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by pH7 Manufacturing (PTY) Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, pH7 Manufacturing (PTY) Ltd will contact you with options. An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched by pH7 Manufacturing (PTY) Ltd.
RETURNS and EXCHANGE Conditions
Evidence of damaged goods or products needs to be submitted to the company within 48 hours in the form of photos, providing proof to support such a claim. The damaged product inclusive of the proof of purchase must be returned to the company within 10 (ten) days of delivery to the client. The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to products that have been misused or purposely damaged. Should the claim be successful, damaged items will be replaced by sending it to the client.
If you receive the wrong product you must contact pH7 Manufacturing (PTY) Ltd within one working day. We will check our system to see whether a miss pick has occurred. If there was a miss pick, we will arrange to swap the ‘wrong’ product for the one ordered on our account.
